Payments, when applicable, are processed only through official company bank accounts, authorized payment links, bank transfers, or secure third-party payment platforms informed in writing by the Company.

Clients must verify that any payment instruction comes from our official communication channels. The Company will never request confidential banking passwords, card PINs, complete card security codes, or sensitive financial credentials through WhatsApp, email, social media, or contact forms.

Any payment condition, payment deadline, cancellation rule, refund possibility, bank fee, supplier penalty, or non-refundable component will be informed through the corresponding quotation, proposal, invoice, confirmation document, or written communication sent by the Company.

Reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, non-refundable services, supplier penalties, bank fees, and related service conditions are governed by our Terms & Conditions and by the specific conditions informed for each confirmed service.

Requests for cancellations, refunds, changes, or payment-related clarifications made through digital channels must be submitted through our official communication channels and will be reviewed according to our Terms & Conditions, supplier policies, and the specific conditions of the confirmed service.

If a Client receives suspicious payment instructions, unknown bank details, unofficial links, or messages from a non-official channel, the Client should contact the Company before making any payment.
