Protection of Children and Adolescents
ESNNA refers to the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. In Spanish, it stands for Explotación Sexual de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes.
Beyond the Andes Soul S.A.C. firmly rejects all forms of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, especially any conduct connected to travel, tourism, hospitality, transportation, guiding, or visitor services.

At Beyond the Andes, tourism is understood as a space of respect, cultural exchange, care, and human dignity. For this reason, we maintain a zero-tolerance position toward any behavior, request, suggestion, or service that may involve or promote the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
We do not support, facilitate, tolerate, or remain silent in the face of any conduct that threatens the safety, integrity, or rights of minors. This commitment applies to our team, travelers, guides, drivers, partners, suppliers, and any person involved in the services we coordinate.
A meaningful journey must be built on respect for local communities, protection of vulnerable people, and responsible interaction with every place we visit.

If you notice suspicious conduct, receive an inappropriate request, or wish to report any situation that may involve the safety or rights of a child or adolescent in relation to our services, please contact us immediately.
We will review any communication with seriousness, discretion, and responsibility. In urgent or criminal situations, the appropriate authorities should also be contacted directly.
